With a sales receipt or proof of purchase, a full refund in the original form of payment will be issued from Al-Binaa Publishing for returns of undamaged, new and unread books, 14 days of purchase from a Al-Binaa Publishing with the below exceptions: Defective or Damaged Books may be returned by mailing back in accordance with the applicable warranty. Returns or exchanges will not be permitted (i) after 14 days or without receipt or (ii) for product not carried by Al-Binaa Publishing.
